昨日も自転車通勤だったのだが、グローブが見あたらず素手で自転車乗ったらとてもじゃないが遠回りして帰る気になれなかったので、まっすぐ帰ったんだよねぇ

って事で今日は、CC-TR300TW V3の心拍計使わずに、スント t3c で計測〜〜♪


V3のt3cで測定結果に差が出るか気になったので、まずはいつものコースを走ってみる。

・・・が、風が強くていつもより息が上がっちゃったので、あまり参考にならない結果に(^_^;


って事で、今日のルート。

マニュアル曰く、トレーニング効果(TE)：3.9ってのは、向上効果の上限値らしい。
判っちゃいたけどダイエットと言うよりも、トレーニングの領域だね(^_^;

しかも、心拍ゾーンとやらで見てみると最大心拍数の80%以上で無酸素運動ゾーンで、限界的な運動強度で体力水準の高い人が対象って書いてあるんですけど・・・

オイラの最大心拍数は188らしく、今日の平均心拍が153。。。
